All the Agents to whom we refer clients must be able to state the following:

* I am a licensed real estate agent or broker in all geographical areas that I represent clients.
* I have been licensed as a real estate agent (and/or broker) for at least the last five years.
* I am a member of the National Association of Realtors.
* Representing clients in real estate matters is my full time profession.
* I represent both buyers and sellers in my real estate representations.
* I have never had my license to provide real estate services suspended or revoked in any jurisdiction due to a disciplinary action and have never been reprimanded or fined due to a disciplinary action.

We will also review records of the Better Business Bureau and the real estate commission. If you cannot make any of the above representations, we regret that we could not refer clients to you.

Our fee, in return for referring you a client, is 0% of your commission! All we charge is a minimal monthly fee of $15. You get to keep your commission! Other sites charge as much as 27% of your commission as a referral fee, this could amount to thousands of dollars.
